Our school is situated in Chełm, a small town situated in the east of Poland. There are 709 students aged 7-14 years and 70 teachers in our school. There are 27 classes of primary school.
Our school offers a wide variety of after-school activities, that are free for all students. There are science classes, Chemistry, Physics classes, art classes including pottery workshops, Drama Club, Music classes, English, German, Polish classes, History classes, Maths classes, Creativity workshops, sports classes (football, basketball, handball, tennis, athletics, volleyball, chess), Young Discoverer Club, Scouts Club, classes for students with learning disorders, classes for talented students, charity club, European club. We support Amnesty International projects such as letter writing marathons. We also belong to UNICEF schools.
Our school focuses to develop key competences and skills to enable students to adapt to changes of society and achieve success in a job market in the future. We are keen on implementing new ICT tools in the process of teaching and learning. Our school was fully renovated and equipped with modern equipment such as: computers and projectors.
